No samsung had find my device when is ofline because when it got online and deleterd by factory reset noone found your phone anymore.

Far better SoC
Larger, and arguably better battery. This allows the phone to be smaller, thinner and lighter.
Brighter, better screen (not by much, but it is also LTPO 4.1)
Ultrasonic Fingerprint Reader
Better telephoto lens (although slightly worse ultra-wide lens). But this shoots in 8k30 compared to 8k24, if you even care. Better more capable front camera.
And of course, better speakers.
