      Also, 1080p does look rather pixellated to those with myopia.

            And Samsung being a mainstream brand that makes it's own parts and with massive resources

            I think we can be more hard on them

            Maybe 5500 to 5800 mah would be nice

If Samsung can get it right on the Slim, all they have to do with the Plus and Ultra is just simply increase the battery capacity.

But the only brand consistently doing this on all their phones is Apple. Others will use 720p for their low end, 1080p in mid range, 450ppi in the normal flagship and 1440p in the ultra flagship phones. Anything lower than 300ppi on LCD and 450ppi on Pentile will not look as sharp as it should, anything higher will waste GPU and battery.

Even when I did the same thing on my friend's Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I saw no difference between the two at all! It was only when I looked at tablet screens that I could see the benefit of QHD/QHD+ resolution.
