iPhone 5C - cheapest iphone, iPhone 5 - mid range, iPhone 5S - flagship... thats the lineup for Apple all come with a 4 inch display, lightning pin... 4 and 4S to be discontinued together

3Gs is becoming harder to find and nobody really uses them anymore. Usually if people are going to buy a cheap iPhone they get it used. Either 4 or 4s.

Unfortunately, Apple is a business and doing business in the rest of the world isn't the same thing.
An iPhone 5 costs almost $800 US dollars. There is no such thing as a "contract" and subsidized phones in the rest of the world.

If they want a presence in the rest of the world, they have to sell cheaper phones. Cheaper doesn't necessarily mean low quality.

Samsung themselves are working hard to market Tizen, only staying on Android cos of the tons of money they're making. If they could, they'd dump Android tomorrow, but they can't for now, due to ignorance of many buyers.

to be fair i know they are using cheap materials and lowering their standards to that of apple, but it is a smart move. working in a phone shop apple have no phones for lower end contracts so for people who will be buying their kids iphones for christmas without getting expensive contracts this is a smart move

The fact of the matter is some people think why get and iphone when i can get another phone that has access to all the apps i need and does everything that an iphone does. I had an Nexus 4 why on earth am i going to get an iphone plus if i did have iphone i still would have to download Google services. Yes the iphone looks nice but its not a special item anymore its just a phone all this one true rubbish is simply that rubbish.
