It is undoubtedly the thinnest, but by how much?

Couldn't care less about thinness. All I hear is higher bend risk, lower battery life.
            What I do care about:
            -battery life
-significant improvements to the main camera (don't care about BS zoom marketing, wide angle, etc)
            -weight
-maybe cool new S Pen improvements, photo editing ease of use

Don't care about AI. It seems like it's mostly for people with bad grammar.
Don't care about gaming, or having a CPU that loads an app .01 seconds faster

I'd be more impressed if they'd said they brought the micro SD slot back

              1. S/c batteries
              2. I have zero issues with (good quality) plastic backs and frames
              3. Given the current diagonal standards you can make a 10mm thick 6.8 inch phone with at LEAST 8000mah with ease
I think staying in the 220-250 grams is realistic

Jzgerardus, 17 Jan 2025Actually fairThe idea is as old as the camera bump itself: A 12mm thick phone would weigh more than 300 grams and maybe even more than 400 grams, which almost nobody wants for a phone

S25 Slim has chances to be one of Samsung's biggest flops or wins, all depending on the battery size and tech used.

Vanilla S25 has Li-Ion 4000 mAh battery, which is way below all standards for flagship phones nowadays, even for some basic and midrange devices. If S25 Slim gets Li-Ion battery, my guess is that they cut around 10 to 15%, resulting in 3400 to 3200 mAh battery.

However, use S25 Slim as some kind of test for Si/C batteries, then it might be a good thing if they manage to fit around 4200mAh ~ 4500mAh on it, more than S25 and less than S25+.
