If vivo x200 pro already have a mediatek d9400, what processor ultra version would have?

As a result there's no huge benefit to the cam. However if you use the UW cam's 13 mm focal length and use a 2x crop and you get a nice 26 mm shot. Perfectly usable. And then the 35 mm main cam can do the heavy lifting for the 2x/50mm shot (a 1.5x crop) and still be excellent at 3x (a 2x crop).

Idk I just have faith in Vivo's processing enough to be comfortable with this setup, i mean go take a look at Vivo's 35mm shots in the x100 ultra/x200 pro reviews yourself, comparable to a native focal length 1/1.56" cam.

Ofc what you're saying also makes sense as Oppo's done something similar with the Find X8 Pro but I think it's different cus the sensor's worse than the ones used here. Since the sensor's so good, I'm guessing they're feeling more comfortable pushing it harder.

Whatever the case, this is just speculation and it could very well be an 18-35-85 mm setup. Essentially what Vivo's doing is taking ZTE's Z70 Ultra and making it an actual ULTRA lol

vik457, 10 hours agoAnd it would actually be start of paradigm shift if they us... moreAlso, imagine if Sony made a dual-layer stacked version of the LYT-818 called the LYT-T818 for Vivo to use on this phone. TCG + stacked sensor technology + 10-step variable focal aperture + 35mm focal length would be an absolute dream. Doubly so if the ultrawide also used the stacked variant, and triply so if it also had 10-step variable focal aperture.

          That's not a camera island.
          That's the camera crater!

Vivo is a company that genuinely cares about its devices and users.

Meanwhile, a certain brand tries to justify why they didn't bring much change to their new smartphones because "they don't have much competition." I mean, maybe Sammy doesn't have much competition regarding market share and popularity, but specs-wise, this beast right here eats S25 Ultras for breakfast.

X100 ultra with 1" sensor is still the best vivo phone and will be after this.

punmeisterone, 11 hours agoThe focal lengths for the X200 Ultra are stated to be 13mm ... moreEspecially if the main camera has a 10-step variable focal aperture or better.

Wtf small sensor. Just as x200? What a joke. X100 ultra is better then x200 and now this to

Now that's how flagship specs should be!

vik457, 10 hours agoAnd it would actually be start of paradigm shift if they us... moreYou're like a newborn that just learnt a new word—constantly spamming DCG/TCG on every article as if it's some kind of miracle. Lmao.

I agree all of them need to utilize all of the new sensor techs asap (especially after downgrain from 1'' sensor) but c'mon they're just big corps leeching of customers with fancy new labels

Vivo already said LYT-818 is "better than LYT-900" so let's assume they're at least using some of them..

Now all they need to do is fix over-processing that can be heavily observed on the X200 Pro, make sure the Funtouch OS gets at least a major UI redo and optimize animations a bit.

Practically lossless 13(?)-23-35-50-85 mm is insane on its own, so here's that!

Though it's sad Chinese OEMs get zero camera optimizations in 3rd party apps so it's all rendered useless if you want to livestream or use AR effects..

Again Ultra flagships for chinese regions and EU or US gets only fake Ultras in 16 pro Max or S25 Ultra. Phones for ultra price with not so ultra specs nor cameras, charging speeds, battery types etc.
