Weekly poll results: most people are going to miss the remote control functions of the S Pen

Samsung decided that the Galaxy S25 Ultra can make do with a basic S Pen, but that may have been a miscalculation.

This is like asking in a political party for who they would vote in the upcoming presidential elections. The results will be as biased as they can be.

This is a community of techies. Most of us would even like the stylus to hear commands and also be Harry Potter's magical stick.

So the results are absolutely meaningless for the larger and real consumer base who never shuts a picture with the stylus.

                  Whats next Sammy'? Since according to perhaps your next research.... not many people use the S-pen, so why not copy further copy Apple again, since Apple does not have one just removed it. Apple have Buds 3 Pro is another Apple clone design as with the rounded S25Ultra.....so why not just removed the S-Pen altogether since sammy is so good at copying everything Apple does, from designs to minor iteration yr after yr of same B.S.

                  Apple never removes a feature unless they are replacing with a better one, so Sammy being a copycat can you please enlighten me as to what is the new feature or benefit of removing the Bluetooth in S-pen....Zilch, Zero, Nada.
                  so F you Sammy, been using a S-pen since the original Note series, I am beyond mad and so over it. Selling my s23ultra and replacing with Oneplus 13.
                  Talking about being beyond ignorant and Stuuupid to save a few dollars and jeopardise entire S Ultra series, people pay Top dollar for the best of the best NOT a downgrade which the S25U is other than the chipset and minor pixel bump its been going downhill since S23Ultra, removed 10X optical zoom, removed S-pen Bluetooth, downgrade 16gb Ram to 12Gb (1Tb versions).
                  People should vote with their wallets and make Sammy pay if they ever want to see any Real improvements and upgrades rather than downgrades.

                        If samsung actually retiring that feature, I'm actually moving back to iPhone.... i've become so used to it, I've been using it since the note series, in fact that was one of the main reason I move from using iphones to samsung, they were inovating yearly adding more and more futuristic features, if they keep trying to become apple so much with "courage" to remove what makes them stands out, then fck them, Im out

                          I had been a long time user of the Note and Ultra series. But removing the Bluetooth S pen is the biggest down grade ever. Anyway, I still have the S24 Ultra. I was planning to upgrade to S25 Ultra but since that there will be no more Bluetooth S pen, then I'll be skipping this year or until they return back the feature. I have always been using the S pen as a remote shutter since that this is the only camera we bring each time we travel. This means that I will keep my S24 Ultra for the meantime

                            so basically the S pen is basically a piece of metal rod shoved onto a phone?? that's just look like motorola's attempt to put stylus on their phones.
                            i guess the legacy of galaxy note series is starting to fade and tarnish

                                More of us used the headphone jack and the expandable storage and all we got from most of you Samsung-white knights was "get on with the times".
