This is not your average tough phone — it packs both a thermal camera and an infrared "see-in-the-dark" camera!

Hello Nokia 9 PureView

🤣

All these powerful phones are made by the best brands, but these phones still don't work in horror movies and series!🤣

If it didn't have OLED I would consider buying it.

        Why OLED screen?
All other ulefones have IPS LCD too so why put the cheap mediocre OLED screen on this masterpiece of a fine?
You ruined it with the OLED.
Nobody in their right mind would buy OLED phone nowadays.
OLED is only for naive fools who don't know any better.
        Mark these words...

Completely destroys S25 Ultra, this is what you call a smartphone 😜 if that was 1000 euros would be no brainer.

Raw option for every single camera, good tele lens and good processing is what I would need it to have for me to buy it, tho I love IR, design etc, I still miss a lot more features in it...
Hope they get better and out some hi end of that kind.

I know also about iiif150 with some similar specs, but having new hw definitely costs a lot, specially that thermal camera, which alone can be found for 800 euro with similar specs, no wonder it's not cheap, but considering hw, it actually is in a way.
As I mentioned, there are similar phones out there for way less, sacrificing some new stuff of course.
What stays the same and different from likes of samsung is 1. Class design, fresh and exciting, made to offend bit also to not be boring.
This is what I miss from samsung lately...

I removed IR filter on samsung note3 myself, sacrificed AF tho, it was worth the experience of IR photography, be it in daylight or at night.
IR removed sensors boost light intake by 150% and give a photographers more options for shooting, tho some "unnamed" brand couldn't hold on to it.
I'm also interested in thermal sensor there, is it 20fps or 30fps, wish it was latter one, but resolution is definitely great.
Wish I see IR cameras in hi end phones soon, so I hope for unlimited iso, but it's nowhere to be seen...

CamoGeko-XDA, 09 Feb 2025This isn't a phone, it's a niche tool. Why even c... moreErm yes it is a phone and S25 Ultra selling by the thousands?? So what who cares?? I doubt it's even comparing itself to anything Samsung doubt they even care or expect to sell the same as Samsung. I couldn't care less how popular something is or isn't what matters to me is quality and if I like it or not

[deleted post]So something useful is now outdated?

"However, Ulefone's Ultra has a 1-inch type main camera and comes with 1TB of storage, which are two things its more popular rival lacks."

Plus MicroSD card support, a headphone jack, a display on the back for better selfies, actual fast wired and wireless charging, an accessory connector for additional useful features, and actual useful "extras" in the box, like an ultra fast charging brick that could be good for other gadgets as well.

With the amoled display, of course there's no sense adding an AOD feature.

They really did it.. 9300+ inside.. Insane phone. Valid price considering everything

A far more impressive feature set, and more versatile camera setup than what the Galaxy S series offers. Yes it's very expensive, but at least it's interesting and offers a lot.

Imagine to paid 1400€ for phone with 0 software updates.
