Oppo Find X8 Mini specs leak again

I hope Oppo will launch this Find X8 mini at global market.
this is a really interesting phone & i've saved my money for this phone since the news that Oppo will launch Find X8 mini.
at first.. I was waiting for vivo x200 pro mini, but they're still not launch globally..

Zuzuz, 18 Feb 2025You have Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 15 with same specs or better The video quality on the Xiaomi 15 is really bad though imo. Very oversharpened, oversaturated and over contrasty. You basically have to shoot in master cinema to get normal video quality but then you get kind of weird colours. If only they didn't ruin the video quality the Xiaomi 15 would be a great phone. In particular it makes people look terrible. I don't know why they take this excessive sharpening approach for video in the Xiaomi 15 when the sharpening on photos is very balanced. The video quality is much better on the Oppo Find x8 and the mini is using the same main sensor and processor so hopefully that will be as good as the video quality on the regular find x8

blabla, 18 Feb 2025You are just simply deluded if you think S25 is true flagsh... moreIts optical fingerprint sensor isn't as good as the ultrasonic sensors found in some other flagships like S25. Will see for USB specs.
The S25's battery is small, but it charges quickly (30 minutes with battery protection at 80%) and with the correct settings its good enough for everyday use for most users.
And its cameras deliver amazing pictures for average users, even beating iPhones and other Chinese flagships in blind tests (see youtube 2024 MKBHD's blind smartphone camera test -> S23: fifth place, ahead of iphone, vivo, oppo, Xiaomi...).
There's no other phone this small (less than 6.2", around 160g and 7mm thick) that offers this level of flagship performance and features.

You mention USB 2.0 while you should know, that global version comes with USB 3.0, like in the case of the Find X8. And you mention the fingerprint reader which is working just fine.
And on the Samsung side why you dont mention the shitty charging speed or the small batty which is way more important? Or the 10-12 MP cameras? Is this your true flagship experience? What a joke.

This phone is being called "mini," but it's not. It has a 6.3-inch screen, is 8.2mm thick, and weighs 187 grams. It also uses older USB 2.0 and an optical under-display fingerprint sensor. These specs don't make it a good phone, let alone a "mini" or compact one.
For comparison, the last truly compact phone, the Zenfone 10, was 146.5 x 68.1 x 9.4mm and 172 grams. This "mini" phone is actually way bigger at 150.8 x 71.8 x 8.2mm and heavier at 187 grams.
Even the great Samsung S25 is more compact (146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2mm and 162 grams). So, if you want a true compact flagship phone, the S25 is the better choice.

It would be nice if at least one of the minis from Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus have a midrange chip and are more affordable. In all likelihood, they'll probably have virtually identical specs and cost a fortune.

It's a shame, in my country they don't sell oppo/vivo
The camera specifications are far superior to the recently announced S25.
Samsung continues not to update its cameras for 3 generations 👎

Another entry level phone pretending to be flagship, mediocre features, mediocre AI, and short software support.
Also, the camera island itself looks like a floor drain superglued to a brick. I will call it Floor Drain X8 Mini.
Perfect recipe for a flop phone of the year.👍
