Also I'm not entirely sure why the writer of this article is acting like the SE series will be immediately forgotten and like it was a short-lived series when it isn't.

That se was rubbish anyway. My wife has it and she's always charging it and the storage is always full.

I’m proud to own the first and last SE. The iPhone SE (2022) is my favorite iPhone of all-time. Don’t care about design. I think design is for insecure, lonely losers trying to impress random strangers with a phone as it’s some expensive sports car. As if those random strangers are people you will ever see again.
Touch ID remains superior than Face ID. I owned the X and 12 mini and never liked Face ID. And it’s more expensive to repair. The SE 2022 might look like an 8 but it will be the final iPhone with a home button, no notch, 16:9 aspect ratio, and Touch ID. Great rounded sides. Easier to repair. Wireless charging that the SE 2016 lacked.
You will never be forgotten by me, SE3.

DarlingYext, 19 Feb 2025Not gonna miss it, but Touch ID is always gonna be missed.Apple should start investing in touch IDs on screens, though they'll just make excuses, saying that Face ID is secure and there's no need for more.
