The only time you see free or heavily subsidized mvno Android phones are when they are low or mid range phones, never flagships. Metro has this phone for free via 12 credits rn, Cricket's deal starts friday probably at $200 out the door as they dont do the bill credit stuff.

Seems similar to the iPhone 14 Pro Max & the iPhone 15 Plus. Both of which are at around ~2700 & 7000 points in Geek bench.

Anonymous, 21 Feb 2025Pointless article. These Geekbench results shows the CPU pe... moreI also dont see the point of single core benchmarks. The phone have like 8-12 cores that are all working when you use the phone so what does it matter on the single core score ?
I prefer Antutu cause it shows the overall score of the benchmark in performance. Some chips can have good single core benchmark numbers but still be around SD870 performance in overall around 800k

I thought only the GPU was downgraded. Guess they also reduced the single core clocks. They really use the garbage bin chips for this, it seems. I shouldn't be surprised with how many sacrifices this garbage phone already makes, but as usual, Apple delivers.
