                The software for the global phones came out over a month before the Flagship itself appeared on the global market with the software for the global market.
                A small company like 1+ managed to write 2 versions of software for 4 generations of its phones and release them working within 2 months. A huge company like Samsung cannot release one, a single version even for its flagship from last year, which is one of the most expensive phones on the market. I'm glad you're proud of them!

                  At my mobile service operator I cant buy any vivo, oppo. So Xiaomi, OnePlus, Honor is brands I can compare. so what?

At the same time, the global version of the 1+12 software says that it was released at the end of November/first days of December. At least 1 month before they release the global version of 1+13. And how exactly are you telling me that they don't release "new os on older devices before new lineup releases". Oxygen 15 is new software released before the sale of 1+13 with Oxygen 15.

                          Do you know that 1+ uses one software for the Chinese market and another for the rest of the world. As do other Chinese manufacturers. Do you understand that they wrote 2 versions of the software for each model, and Samsung only has to write one version for each model?

It's not all jumbled together pieces; the work that I do isn't what you seem to think. Re-read my comment again and maybe try to comprehend it, and if you still believe I'm a script kiddie, then you should try making custom ROMs! After all, me and (most of) the rest of the custom ROM community are open to people improving upon their work, and I'm sure the users of those devices will thank you.

                              Anyway, you seem to have not read my comment fully; one look at it and it disproves what you're saying about OneUI.
                              Since OneUI 7 itself is finished, even though for *you* it may appear like a big change to Android, it isn't a big change under the hood. It isn't hard to port it to another device now, Samsung just doesn't want to do it. If I had access to the source code of Samsung's Android skin (they only share their kernels as it is required by the GPL license) I could, without a doubt, make and build this update within 5 hours (giving myself a extra hour to the estimation as I'm not sure how long their heavy Android skin would take to build, definitely longer than usual though.), provided I have the device, with its bootloader unlocked, and access to Samsung's signing keys.

                                it would be some sense if chinese versions stuck on 14 before global release, but chinese release was on a15 so you can start count days from that time not global release.

                                so the final verdict, chinese brands dont release new os on older phone same day as releases new lineup.

Actually, all phones before 1+13 were updated before it was sold in my region. They did what you said no one does. If they were like Samsung, they would have released A15 for the global versions of the old phones in March at the earliest.
