YUKI93, 27 Feb 2025I definitely miss LG in the smartphone market. I can still ... moreAnd not forgetting the audio quality as well! They could've at least used those DACs today in non-LG phones, as with Nokia's OZO audio.

Nah ... Meizu is back because Polestar suffered huge financial losses, Sales of their vehicles were decent just under projections and with 2024 crushed markets and far TOO ambitious with new models hurt them severely.
Sad because they make unique and very sexy electric cars that are more functional and better looking that both Xiaomi and Tesla, in my humble opinion. Due to executive reshuffling they've probably been cut off.
I still think a car branded specific phone really did NOT offer much than a simple application for Android/iOS could've already done - and wa sa DUMB marketing move which I called as such on day 1.

What, 26 Feb 2025Meizu is simply a great company with a very confused management. That's the way to go skint.

Pradip Madgaonkar 20, 26 Feb 2025Meizu was once one of the most relevant names in the Chines... moreMeizu made its name with software - Flyme 1 and 2. But Flyme 3 started scratch over by incompetent students reverting everything that was achieved with Flyme 2. Flyme 3 and especially 4 were a bugware - little functionality, but countless bugs. That killed the brand.
