How are third party cases supposed to protect this device if they can only cover the frame?

Samsung needs to work on better dust & water durability... or else this device will be destroyed by users on day one.

    Finally a cover screen worthy of a $1,000+ phone.

      after 4 months, flex cable in frame loose connection , bad quality flex cable on Z flip 6, also the Z flip 5 after small time, no warranty for that

          Bigger cover and bigger battery are all good, but Samsung needs to address the durability. The Z6 Flip looks like it took a step back in that regard.

            If only they reduced the height of the phone and had a 20:9 aspect ratio instead of this 22:9 nonsense. With a cover screen this large surrounded by bezels this thin, it really wouldn't make the cover screen problematic to use like you might expect.

              Should have been a significantly bigger battery

                I was wondering if the Z Flip 7 getting any upgrade, Because the Z Fold 7 is actually was getting some Z Fold Special Edition as a upgrade, While the Z Flip 7 all the rumor was a bigger 4300mah battery and now this cover display.

                  Finally a design copy that is actually an uprade😩

                    Honestly about time they did this, Motorola did this kind of cover display nearly 2 years ago already.

                        Am I seeing glimpses of the Samsung I used to love? Woah man, if they can just make it both a widget based system as it is now AND a copy of the inner screen/the full android experience then this is going to be a banger phone. However if they keep using the widget based thing, it's gonna be pretty cringe. Whatever the case, finally some good news for a Samsung phone lol, they're finally on par with the competitors in one significant and useful scenario/feature.
