Anonymous, 06 Mar 2025Knowing Honor, this'll use a 6 Gen 1. they have clearly mentioned its a flagship. Most probably its 8 elite or 8 gen 3 in a small frame. there is a reason they have looked into this because like vivo, their base and pro models are all above 160mm height and weighs nearly or over 200g. Though people like their specs. Nobody really wants to carry that piece of brick in their pockets. Which is why samsung is winning in terms of controlling these little size details. Galaxy S Plus series are at optimal size and many go for that due to battery capacity as the vanilla models comes with garbage battery size. Vivo x200 pro mini is the best at its class at the moment I suppose. Their software is better than Xiaomi but lacks many AI futures.

In my case 6.1-6.3" is the perfect size, i got a 6.7" for the last three years and even though the phone is very good for what i need to do with it, its way too big for me.

happy to see smaller phones making a comeback. After being saturated with only the Pixel, iPhone and Samsung, now there's gonna some real competition. Xiaomi better wake up soon and update their phones, otherwise they're gonna be overtaken by their brethren fast.

It feels like I'm using a tablet instead of a phone.

Someone Else, 06 Mar 2025But it does offer 512Gb of storage (256 and 512Gb) in my countryNot available in Saudi Arabia and only Exynos, and the ones I found online was "Enterprise Edition" 512 with Snapdragon.
I didn't fully understand what "Enterprise Edition" is so I skipped it and went for the Ultra.

I always wanted a compact flagship, it'd have been base S24 if only they provided 512 storage.

I'm no fan of small phones, quite the opposite actually but calling a 6.3 inch Mini is ironically a stretch.
Trust me me when I say this people, just buy a normal sized or big phone. Easier on your eyes with more space for a battery.
You know you're gonna use it 2 handed anyway so why bring down your user experience with tiny display, smaller text and usually poor battery life?

nice, more options in the compact phone market is nearly always a net positive.
