On standby with several active apps it was using about 1% per hour on wifi and a touch more on 3G. Internet use is about 10-12% per hour. Videos use about 8-10% per hour.
In anyone's books that is AWESOME!

pacman, 30 Aug 2013Wow! Am using galaxy nexus running on cynogenmod 10.2 (4.3)... moreI thought the same until I finally got an iPhone. My samsung galaxy s3 on both Samsung skin and pure Android is most of the time smooth but then all suddenly it gets slow. And that's annoying for a top end device, unacceptable. Conclusion: Android is unstable but you won't realize it if your whole experience with smartphones is limited to Android.

AnonD-41413, 30 Aug 2013Few years back 'which phone should i buy?!', was not so to... morey r u trapped in ur own question spiderman?? its easy, if u need a smartphone go for Z1, if u need a phablet go for note3 n dont worry about specs as both have 99% similar specs except size, design n build... feature wise note 3 is the king but design n elegance of Z1 is on par... hope u must have got a central idea n now combine that idea wid ur taste n hit ur money hard to find one of the best out of two...

Massive batteries add a lot of weight and thickness so you do need a balance.

Just 3200 mah battery? What a joke! I mean just look at Note 2, it battery dies very short with that much of specifications and also it lags like hell in basic applications such contact, gallery, dialer, camera and other ones. The lag isn't about Android OS, it's the fault of the buggy and laggy TouchWiz UI. If the Note 3 really going to have 3200 mah battery then it's for sure it we wouldn't give much battery juice and guess what it is going to be plastic made. I'll rather wait for Samsung Galaxy S5 and Note 4.
