Even at this price point a chipset this old is disappointing. For under 100 you can get the Samsung A06 which has better specs (the G85 sucks and I doubt the cameras are particularly good but they're probably way better than this for software reasons if nothing else) from a company that will likely actually provide the 2 Android updates it's claiming to (who know what Acer will do on that front, likely nothing).

So much time and money wasted at Acer, my first question: why did they leave the market only to come back with products so mediocre they'll be unsellable? My second question: does Acer still have sales, marketing and finance departments?

I think these phones really show how stupid pc naming schemes are. It’s basically impossible to shop for a Windows laptop and know what you’re buying now because all of them have names like Acer MZXQ33L1V. Seeing a phone with that naming scheme really shows how stupid it is that no company except for Apple, Microsoft, and Framework can just give their products names that make sense
