Google Pixel 9a marketing materials surface

Yet another look at the upcoming budget Pixel phone.

Looking forward to this. I can argue that a pixel's actual monetary value is the A series ($400-600) and the pros aren't worth it because you get the same upper midrange chip, same main camera results, same years of support, same bugs and arguably the same failure rate (more expensive pixel 8 has green screen issue while the 8a does not) XD, Sure, the pros have pro mode, smaller bezels and better finishing but you get 85% of the experience already.

Foolish of Google to ditch the visor, which really lent it phones much needed character. Without it, the Pixel 9a looks like an iPhone 8 Plus from the rear.

without a decent loading, giant edges, inferior finish to the competition...
but the excuse is that the cameras are great...
you can't keep accepting this from one of the richest companies in the world and with technology to spare...

pretty good phone for the price. would be better with a slightly more powerful chipset but it will be plenty okay for years to come
