    The A56 could be a good midrange phone,with a massive discount, not at this crazy price,of course
    but with 6 years of software updates and with no SD card expansion available anymore,the only version which makes sense to buy is the 256 GB...

They especially shouldn't be forcing the full resolution for selfies, as nobody needs 32MP or 50MP selfies (though it would be nice to provide that as an *option*).

                Take my country, for example (which I will not name here). People say, "I don't have enough money to make a living," yet those who complain the loudest often own an iPhone, drive a new car, and enjoy other luxuries.

                Despite its high price, the iPhone remains the best-selling phone in the world. In India (which is not the country I live in), iPhone sales continue to rise.

                Samsung does the same with the phone prices. And succeeds.

                          Hugo, 16 Mar 2025For this price they should also have 12 gb ram as base.Or at least they can give us 512GB storage, since they're the one who have a "genius" idea to remove the microSD support on these phones and left user stuck with "only" 256GB of storage. And no, portable SSD and cloud storage are NOT good options.

                                  One reason Samsung has such huge market share is that they are available almost in any countries. Sure, there might be better phones out there for the money, but it’s not useful when they are not available locally.

                                    By the end of the year, the A56(if it's sold in the US) and the A36 will be among the top ten best-selling phone models in the world.

                                      Samsung always price their phones extensively high.

                                        Cost too much for what they offer, that's exactly right. Way too much for too little, A53 lost the headphone jack, and now the SD Card slot is gone as well, these devices are no longer anything special. The Galaxy A55 is a better choice than either of these three devices.
