Sony reveals new display tech with individual RGB LED control

It's not a new display tech, they had this for years it's called triluminos led but improved.

        Finally, point me to one comment where i was glazing a Chinese phone blindly just based on marketing claims. I'm the most judgmental guy on this site and some could argue i hate everything.

          When I look to an oled screen very close with low brightness I see that papery texture. Both laptop and phone have it. Otherwise oled is great. Just take care of it to avoid burn in.

You : marke... moreYou are comparing a lens with older tech to another lens with newer tech. 1" sensor is always going to be better than a sensor that's smaller in size. It's physics, you can't beat physics. What you can do is, deliberately not use newer tech on a 1" sensor.

                          But can it it VIRTUALLY reach it?

                          Can it reach appoint where from the human eye it's indistinguishable?

                          What is the bare minimum point where even if the numbers on paper is off the practical consumption feels the same ?

                          When will it reach the point of our eyes "clipping" the excess info

                                        Chinese company claims something about tech they did not create, but bought.
                                        You : 😍, everything is oure truth of universe.

                                        Imx888 ( LYT 800) has 80% of FWC compared to 1". That is more than what 1/1.2" has.
                                        When imx888 ( and its variant LYT T808) , has less than half of 1" size.

                                        It is not marketing, it is lab data.. It is 2x more than imx789 that has same size, shape and resolution.
                                        Mass production was over 1 year after its announcement.

                                        Anyway, highly doubt you even know what fwc is.
