        It uses a lot less memory, it is not calling home to Google, and has features to prevent tracking included from the get-go. Apple even allows Adblocker extensions, which is something Google is cracking down on Chromium.

        Idk why people are against it. Like, sure, iOS is not as open as Android, but the Web Browser engine is not one of its problems. It works pretty well, it's not like you find only broken webpages or something like if it were the 90s.

There is other browser brand out there are using WebKit like Dolphin web browser (available on both iOS and Android)
          Learn to differentiate between browser brand and browser engine. It will help you so you don't have to show your stupidity online. Ohh, Google Chrome for MacOS is base on Chromium engine and not WebKit like Safari 🙄

            Pointless choice as they are all actually Safari in disguise because they have to use the WebKit engine.
