This thing is 869 SGD (which is how they got the 649 USD price tag). For reference, a Galaxy s24 Ultra costs 970 SGD, and Galaxy S24+ costs 826 SGD. All are in 12+256 variants.
S24 Ultra:
- Has S Pen
- Corning Gorilla Armour with anti-reflective coating
- has 6 major android OS updates left compared to 4 on F7 ultra
- Bigger main camera sensor
- Bigger telephoto sensor (5x only, 3x is significantly smaller)
- USB 3 (therefore supporting DeX)
- Reverse wireless charging support
- Subjective, but once this thing gets One UI 7, software would be superior
F7 Ultra:
- Thinner bezels and rounded corners
- Poco shield glass (an advantage over S24+, not sure about Ultra)
- 3840hz flicker rate vs 480hz
- A chip with quite a significant performance upgrade
- UFS 4.1 over 4.0
- Bigger sensor size of 2.5x telephoto camera
- Bigger selfie camera sensor size
- Faster charging (120W is using Xiaomi’s protocol, but at least it comes with that charger in box. Plus, as it uses QC3+ protocol, it’s likely 60W using that, and that’s still faster than 45W)
- Faster wireless charging (I couldn’t care less about this one as it also uses pro but as long as the minimum is 15W, it’s better than nothing)
S24+:
- USB 3.2 (dex)
- Slightly, unnoticeable thinner bezels
- Reverse wireless charging
- 6 OS updates left
- One UI 7 is actually good
Yes, that’s all the advantages for S24+.
Which is most value for money? S24+ is definitely not. I would’ve said the S24 Ultra is, but since the F7 Ultra is 101 SGD cheaper, it’s up to you to decide (in other words, a tie for both Ultras)

Any reason why the global has nerfed battery compared to CN version?
Not the best pre order deals unlike previous generational. The tablet does not have much resale value, and 16GB version does not include a charger unlike the 12GB version.

better buy a flagship from ... more1. Not everyone cares about camera.
2. There are some small amount of people who looks for the fastest chipset or smth. Not me though, but there are type of people like that.

vik457, 27 Mar 2025No, isocell 3k1 telephoto doesn't count for proper fla... moreNeither the s25+ nor this have very good camera systems. Effectively this ultra has an 8mp 1080p ultrawide and 1080p selfie camera plus an average telephoto compared to competitors who use the LYT600/imx882. Better look elsewhere if camera systems are the priority. The main cameras are decent though and the default optical zoom photos are fine

Lol Pocophone for a price of a RedMagic 10Pro (12+256) at $649. I'd rather take a Redmagic10pro than that thrash.

Amazing Pricing and well rounded phone. Great Cameras specially that Telephoto Macro. Wish it came to India. Judging by the Xiaomi 15 Global and Indian launch Pricing, Poco F7 Ultra comes at around 40K for 512GB Ver. That would have been an absolute banger in Indian Market.
Looking forward to what Xiaomi 15T Pro and Xiaomi 15 Civi has to offer next.
