        I don't get it, £650 for the 12/256, for £575 you can get the Red Magic 10 Pro 12/256, I'm not quite sure the F7 Ultra is worth £75 more than the Red Magic?

          Either way, you don't need to defend a company for saving maybe $1 total per device by removing features that people might use. I don't take any selfies at all but it would be weird for me to demand they remove the front facing camera. 3.5mm port and SD card is no different.

Wireless headphones have a delay in sound and in games sound is not for the effects only. Well depends what game you play but when it comes to competitive pvp shooter games then sounds are very important.

            You are probably one of these noobs in games that dont understand why games have sounds and dont understand how to use them and see people as cheaters who understand the sound point in games

I mostly listen to talk radio or podcast anyways so what i need the good hifi quality for ?

              If i would play games on a phone even then i would not need a DAC for it as that would make holding the phone not comfortable cause of the wire or extra block on one end of the phone and the DAC is also consuming power from the phone that would take screen time from me

              I got F5 for the reason 2 years ago cause it come with 3.5mm port as otherwise i would of gone with the X5 Pro. My issue with wireless headphones is that every time i want to use them the battery is empty cause i dont use them daily and maybe once in a month so i forget to charge them.

              While playing games the wired is needed cause sounds are very important in the games and wireless have a bit of delay with the sound and that causes problems

                          Jack and slow SD slot are useless for a gaming phone.
                          Glad they removed useless ancient features.

                            F7 ultra is a steal. Hands down best this year flagship.

                              T series dont get 4 dedicated chips for battery, charging and many else purely for gaming puurpose.
                              The T series will overheats in heavy gaming unlike this phone.

                                  Its probbably one of cheapest of not cheapest phone powered by SD 8 gen 4 or elite.
                                  Still its awesome device worth the asking money.

                                  Offers awesome specs unlike any other phone at same price ranger.

                                    No experience in that area, but if you search in Amazon for example for ""usbc audio charging 60W" you can get tons of those adapters for 10-20Eur.. BUT those are normal PD pass through and we all know Xiaomi are proprietary so..idk, someone else with more experience with their toys should help (instead of whining under samsung forums for example).

                                      I am seriously considering on buying Poco F7 Pro. However, there are some issue that hurdles me from making decision!

                                      First of all, the Android and security updates. Xiaomi claims that they will provide 4 Android versions updates and six years security update. However, I am a little bit doubt on the frequency on security updates. It will be much better if the phone is in the Android Enterprise Recommended (Just as the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE as I have seen it has a very promising security updates over the years)

                                      Another thing that I am concerning is whether if the phone has Desktop mode or not,or HDMI output support via USB-C!

                                      I am 100% sure I am going to buy Poco F7 Pro if these two requirement can be met.

Those don't support higher codecs than AAC and I keep having connection issues with them. Not nearly as bad as what they replaced mind you but it's still bad enough that I only really use them as ANC earmuffs (shame because they're otherwise great).

                                        And actually I've found the DAC in my current phone to be perfectly fine for what it's made for. I doubt it'll drive HD600s, but if I had HD600s I'd have a desktop amp to drive them. No perceptible noise floor either even when maxing out ultra high sensitivity IEMs (don't do this). I don't see the problem with it, especially when the 24bit@192khz is more than enough for most music available anyway. Even older phones with 3.5mm ports in them weren't that bad.
