Pretty average or even mediocre hardware at high prices, that's Nintendo. I don't think the Switch 2 can run GTA 5, but if it does, it'll probably look worse than the Xbox 360 version. Take a look at how Hogwarts Legacy runs on the Switch 1. Honestly, I'm not a die-hard Nintendo fan because I've always been an Xbox guy.

That seems way too expensive for such an outdated console. Xbox discontinued the Xbox One X in 2020 to focus on selling the new Series S and X.

The GPU performance in TV mode is about 3.09 TFLOP. It's much more powerful than the PS4. It's less powerful than the PS4 Pro in raw GPU performance, but the SoC is much more modern, and it has much more amount of RAM. TFLOP shouldn't be taken at face value, by the way, as it's theoretical peak performance. In practice, the actual performance may be much lower than the TFLOP. There are other factors that will contribute to actual performance.

GTA The Trilogy Definitive Edition runs like complete garbage on Switch 1, and if GTA 5 manages to run on Switch 2, it will likely look like the Xbox 360 version. No matter how you look at it, Switch 1 or 2 will be or still are way too expensive for what they offer.

Yeah, Switch 2 probably won't have more than 128GB of storage built in to keep the cost down, but the system has an microSD Express slot anyway. If they want more storage they can get more storage.
If GTA 5 somehow comes to Switch 2 then it'll run fine, given it's power is rumoured to be slightly above PS4 level (obviously underpowered compared to the competition still, but much better than last time). GTA V first released on the 360 and PS3.
GTA 6 will not run though, let's make that clear.

Those prices are terrible for such an outdated console that seriously struggles to run Minecraft or Fortnite. I feel like they'll probably market their Switch 2 the same way Sony is doing with their PS5 Pro. Even if it costs $499.99, it won't have 1TB of storage and won't be able to run GTA 5.
