Not all of us android users are doing crazy things with our Smartphone. And of Course. iOS won't let you do that because it will mess up the OS.
You're not a Heavy User. You're an INTENSE USER.

Starlink may not be available. But it is progressing. Some of Us may live in the middle of nowhere or on a island. How do you use a GSM if there's no Cell site?

Lowemon, 28 Mar 2025Tell me you don't know about technology without tellin... moreYou’re obviously being disingenuous, lol. Anyway, you must know for a fact that storage speeds are more noticeable and matter more on computers than they do on puny little mobile phones and mobile OS tablets (which already use fast enough flash storage, mind you, and have for a few years now) due to the massive sizes of programs, apps, media and work files, and PC games. It’s common sense stuff, dude.

What people do on their phones is none of your business, especially with work from home jobs now being prevalent. And gaming isn't the only heavy use for a phone. As they get more powerful, lots of them can now emulate windows operating system and they'll be able to do more.

The game is also 35gb+ before deleting past resources so I wonder why he thought 22gb is the max game size. And the game will prolly get bigger, at least for new players/fresh installs, as time goes on. And the devs already cut down on the max distance that someone's device can render distant objects, esp with the v5.0 update last year.

8 Elite 2 will become the fastest SoC for Android OS that can rival entry level x86 laptops. The main problem will be the thermal throttling, because once the SoC heat up, it reduce it's peak performance to middle to protect the SoC's lifespan. This needs advance cooling techniques that can fit inside the small body of smartphone. Also the software optimization plays a crucial rule to effectively harness the power capability of 8 Elite 2.

My initial connection charges including the first month was $12 (converted to USD from my currency) and my monthly pre-paid charges are $7 including taxes with 100% free services short of customer damaging the ISP provided equipment (only downside is I cannot use my own modem or ONT device or router)
The only way you have anything cheaper is if you live in Italy or Israel (2 of the best countries/most affordable for $/GB of data)

Artem S. Tashkinov, 29 Mar 2025> PUBG Mobile with HD resources - 22.6 GB
> NEW STAT... moreYou argue for the sake of argument.
"Most games are only 2GB" was your claim along with other data that you staight pulled out your stinky like "99.9% users have never transferred a file through USB"
You deliberately refuse to acknowledge real use cases and think you achieved something but here goes a last try, faster storage helps file load faster and is a benchmark metric by itself in that I/O speeds affect everything.
User points that games may take 10 seconds to load instead of 40 seconds and you completely disregard it saying that is a claim and not a metric shows you can't even grasp storage speeds. Crude example, say a game has a 800MB map, it will obviously take less time to load on on a system with faster storage conoared to a slower one given exactly the same processing power.
Realistic usecase that you will surely negate with some nonsense but here goes...
A faster storage is needed for modern games in instances where you jump between large maps constantly. Games like Genshin impact have huge maps and various daily tasks and missions require people to jump from one map to abother frequently and load times can be the difference between someone completing their dailies in 15 mins or 20 mins or 30 mins or not at all depending on how much time they get to do it.
Games like New State, LIOS, PUBG, COD, KNIVES OUT and more also have huge maps and frequently face problems with lag and stutters or bugs that require a game restart, this could easily be the difference between dying to the zone or something else if the load times are too high. Realistic Scenario - Voice chat bugging out, try a restart before you get on the plane from spawn island or have to jump off the plane (very common in battle royale games), weird artifacts or render issues, try a restart to fix it.
You've been insulting people all this time claiming they don't know this and that. You assumed that by paraphrasing it in your head mr. Knowitall
There have been plenty of good arguments that you refuse to acknowledge and ask for proof when you've put out outlandish claims like "99.9% users never use USB to transfer files"
And quit with the cringe end line "I rest my case your honor"
What a 🤡 this guy is. Insults everybody and gets hirt when people return the same energy.

Foxtrot2Novmbr, 29 Mar 2025You sure that phones with 4GB RAM can run Grid Legends? How... moreCherry picking tasks that require a large amount of RAM is a dumb argument when my comment says "a 4GB RAM phone CAN run games" there's not mention how well they run or if that's ideal. It was in response to a guy trying to defend apple by saying it can run games with *only* 8GB RAM.
First of all 8 GB is plenty of RAM. 2nd my point was quite literally that iPhones and iPads have GOOD HARDWARE with horrible and limiting operating systems, get that through your absolute unit of a thick skull.
Starlink is not available everywhere, it's ridiculously overpriced and internet calls cannot substitute for GSM calls.

Anonymous, 29 Mar 2025What do you mean by heavy user?
Would be an adult that wa... moreIf gaming is about the most intensive tasl you can think of and you deem that as the extent of a heavy user then you are delusional.
I frequently use my phone to make bootable drives for repairs, make and edit materials for my sister as she is an ESL trainer, work with split apks to use and test apps that are either region locked or banned in my location, re-encode large video files to smaller sizes TO HEVC or AV1 to make them fit in smaller drives.
Recently my laptop OS needed to be changed and balena etcher was prompting errors everytime I tried to make a bootable drive so I used my phone with Etchdroid to make the bootable drive, iOS can not even dream of being that useful.
I use Android devices to run ADB commands on phones with Android 9.0 and older that do support wireless debugging to enable Shizuku locally.
See you inability or lack of experience on how useful a phone can be is not my problem. It the most readily available device anyone owns and you have no business asking people what do they need any level of performance for.
I have my unique working methods and flows and if you don't agree with them, take a digestion booster and keep you yappery in that stomach.
