Sadly these tariffs will not hit only Apple, but all phone producers.
I am not a financial expert, but I predict an increase of 10-20% in all phone prices starting 2026.
And I am guessing the same for cars.

They thought the EU would crawl on their knees to negotiate a new trade agreement with them. You'd be surprised at how quickly people can abandon US made goods and buy more of their own. Canada and EU countries are already doing it.

Other countries like China and Germany's population can't consume the excess stuff. It's the only country in the world that if it wants to, can do it with no trade with other countries, it's going to be a painful process though.

All those phones from China (X... moreBecause in the usa apple is dominant by a huge margin, chinese phones are like 1 in a million devices, they might get more expensive, but nobody bought them anyway, so yeah, apple is the one that's hit by this. But well, as we all know apple, they will just slap a b.s name for another part of the phone, like Bionic air charging and then increse the price by 500$. People will still think their device has the newest tech, or well, they will buy it because they can't get out of the ecosystem. Therefore, the rich get richer and poor get poorer.
