Everything will cost easily much more and the difference will be added to retail prices.
Most cars come from Mexico, many components from Mexico and Canada.
Tsmc will never be able to make there as much chips they make in Taiwan.
Many stuff used to make medications are foreign.
Too many food comes from abroad.
Minerals as well.
Typical midclass man that makes barely more than $40.000/year but feels pride for making wife as housewife ( so he can feel a man) , is against public health because he does not want his taxes used to pay stranger's medical bills ( weirdly never complains about his taxes going to private football stadiums owned by billionaires) but uses go fund me when $200.000 hospital bill arrives at his home , is gonna have huge surprise in the upcoming weeks .
American bourbon industry is already facing huge losses because of canadian retaliation. Go see how many Canadians and Europeans are cancelling vacation in USA. Gonna cost billions ..

So, the phones shouldn't increase in price in the EU. That said, it isn't unlikely the EU will retaliate with tariffs on US tech, as that is America's big cashcow.

Now I just need to convince my girlfriend to ditch Apple in favor of Android phones.
It will be curios to see how this increase in tariffs will impact Google. Hopefully not as much as will impact Apple (who is mainly a hardware company).
