I mean, is not something that is undisposible, but also not garbage and can help with less quality cameras in 199€ devices to determine the distance between subjects and the camera itself. 2mpx macro cameras? Yeah they might be garbage, but i never tested one.
    What else? SoC? I'm having hard times to call mediatek 7400, at the price, garbage. RAM is enough, storage is enough, now phone, covarage and call quality i do not know but i can't call a device garbage before it comes out. I can call one garbage based on the software, a case with most chinese brands. But nothing/cmf phones score higher in that department in comparison to chinese brands and samsung, so where is the garbage?

            I wish Nothing, of all companies, would be aware of this and at least provide a version with SoC better suited to flashing.

            No point in releasing the drivers and having an unlockable bootloader if it ain't Snapdragon. 😭

Nothing started o... moreTrue, 6.3 isn't truly compact but compared to the ever growing slabs (6.6, 6.7, 6.8...) it is (and that's already sad on its own). But hey, If I can choose between a 6.3 unit or a 6.7 and more than I'll gladly go for the smaller one if it offers more or less the same performance, especially in the battery department and/or with power efficient (not necessarily very powerful, enough is good enough) chip-sets.

                      I honestly think the CMF sub-brand will outgrow the mainline Nothing they're generally cheaper, cooler gimmicks and are more visually striking.

                      The main advantage of nothing is their OS, but CMF also uses NothingOS. I don't think anyone actually cares about the flashing lights that much.

                          Why 3 cameras? 1 camera with OIS is enough.
                          All it needs:
                          1- NFC
                          2- eSIM
                          3- Stereo speakers
                          4- Wireless charging

                          Even if there is no water resistance, it would still outcompete Galaxy A26 (which has no stereo)

                                If it doesn't support e-sim it's a hard pass. No e-sim no buy.

                                  Nothing is like Playboi Carti, they'd do anything but drop the thing fans are anticipating (in this case, Phone (3))
