      Im all in for compact phone, i remember the when it used to be sub 5" for compacts but times change. Hopefully other brands follow this .

                Yes, if this phone becomes reality than I'm happy. Finally a more compact phone. The CMF phone 1 was already a very good phone (except the lack of NFC it is and the thing I dislike about that glare at the top of the home-screen while using black wallpapers). The fact that you had some liberty to customise it a bit was/is something fresh (not unique do) in smartphone land. So I'm happy that Nothing seems to be consistent in what they do, even if they are a very young brand. The new Nothing phone 3 A Plus is also a nice device (expect that hollowness that is probably due to the fake tech back in the back cover).

                  I will buy it if it comes with e-sim support, and at least 3 years of OS updates.

                    Nothing is finally releasing a decently compact phone!

                      Idkxx, 03 Apr 2025if they give this thick bezels like cmf phone 1 then that s... moreIt's better to have symmetrical bezels rather than thin upper bezel and fat bottom bezel like the samsung A16. Pixel 9a also has thick bezel but it's equal on all sides so that's fine

                          They could have put one camera instead of 3 and used the remaining space for a bigger battery

                          The smaller form is welcome tho. I bought the CMF (1) and will probably upgrade to the 2 if the display is about 5.5 to 6 inches

                              Stereo speakers, NFC and HDR10 should be there too. Would have liked a 3.5mm jack too but this seems to be ignored like most brands.

                                Don't give it a useless flipping macro/depth sensor. If Nothing wants to stand out, do something what consumers want

                                  So same phone. Dimensity 7400 is the same as 7300

                                    hell nooo, please make the leaks wrong, it should come with 6gen4 for custom rom support, people are trying their best for cmf1 but due to mt7300 soc, it's not good enough and no official support from custom rom tree

                                      Please don't call this and the CMF phone 1 "Modular". They absolutely aren't modular.
