The US needs to free up its domestic market first. Manufacturing is not happening in the USA because of rotting ports and high labor cost due to unbridled government spending. If the USA fixes the ports and slashes spending by 30% , manufacturing in the USA will be easy (at least in some business friendly states)

    Why is US always targeting China, are they really a threat

      What does this mean for the gray import business? I buy a lot of phones through Geekwills, Giztop, and AliExpress.

              Actions have consequences. Now the tarrif war has officially begun. I am an advocate for peace and stability. I know in monetary terms and policies, stability is unimaginable but it is important. In democratic countries, govt will not be stable thus their policies will also change from time to time. At the end, the tarrif war will affect the consumers, you and me alike. Thus, I advocate for fair trade laws and policies to be adopted by countries and govt for the well being of the citizens, read consumers.

                Oh Boy, difficult time ahead for quiet a long time...
