OxygenOS is just rebranded ColorOS/RealmeUI, it is as bloated as Samsung's, but with Chinese bloatware on it.

Well, the Snapdragon X Elite is even better at handling all tasks and is more efficient. So, with good software optimization, there is no need for more ram, juice in battery speeds etc.

Not a single 2025 flagship uses 8 gen 3, meaning it cannot compete with the S25.

Read these specifications carefully, and consider what is better. Add to that: that the Samsung S25 has a better ISP thanks to the other Snapdragon X Elite and overall better computational photography.

Stop arguing with this another trash USB 2.0 13R, it doesn't even have the most basic flagship feature: wireless charging.

Just, accept that the S25 is the king of 2025 compact phones.

    But oneplus beaten samsung by lightyears in terms of everything.
    Saying the bad opti mization to a oxygen OS which is as close to stock android as it can be while samsung gives tons of useless bloatware with billions of same apps like having a google chrome and samsung internet at same time preinstalled in phone.
    Same goes for 20+ other apps where you have preinstalled app from google but samsung adds their own bloatware.
    By the way SD 8 gen 3 on a13R is perfectly fine for handling all the tasks.

      It has about the same main 50MP sensor as the base S25 and only slightly better zoom. Also, this 13R should have much more battery life, but with bad software optimization from OnePlus, it only has about 1–2 hours more.

      And the cameras on the base S25 are amazing for me and most people.

      I preordered the S25 256Go with no trade-in at 599€ (and free Buds 3), and currently, in France, with trade-in bonuses, you can get the S25 for less than 449€.

      OnePlus cannot beat Samsung, especially on deals and on compact flagship.

        By my logic Xiaomi 15 Ultra is very best among what you named. S25 ultra is also just a decent flagship far from very best. Its lack proper battery, proper charging and dont have best of best possible cameras like Xiaomi 15 ultra for example. Plus you can add camera kit to make it much better. Rest of the brands is same.
        They are decent midrangers to flagships but not the very best.
        How can you say they are same if there are so huge diifferences.

              The S25 isn't trying to be a bulky camera strapped to a phone. It's the king of compact flagships: sleekest, lightest, with recent flagship components like a 1-120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon X Elite modem, good battery life, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner,... and a great camera for its size. It's a flagship in its class, a far more pocketable and comfortable one.

                                    This phone has an inferior main cam and a far inferior telephoto and it being only 8 grams light for it is crazy. I highly doubt you're think. You're telling me we have 2 huge downgrades that and it's only 8 grams lighter? Think of it like this, the X200 Pro Mini is far superior yet is only 8 grams heavier.

                                    I assure you bro, it's all gonna depend on your choice of covers. You can either have a very thick cover and make the find x8s as heavy as an iPhone 14 Pro Max or you can also get a thin cover for the x200 pro mini and have it be lighter than a find x8s with a cover.

                                    At the end of the day bro, you're just saying random things. I've tried an iPhone 15 Plus, and it's far comfier than my s22 ultra. I've also tried an S25 Ultra and it felt far lighter tho not necessarily comfier due to the flat sides and back. The S25 Ultra is smaller in terms of overall dimensions so it feels nicer in the hand, that's the thing. Size matters more than weight. If the size is lower then the weight being same wont feel too bad. Ofc if it is too small yet too heavy it'd feel kind of bad, for example the iPhone 13 Pro. But I hope you get the point now.

                                    You're focused on a minor issue of 8 grams when in reality you're losing huge premium features for it whilst the price isn't cutting that much. They're taking advantage of you.
