    Ofcourse only mid-small businesses gonna get hit hard & shoulder the burden together with the working class while his co-billionaire round table group of oligarchs are on the safe hands. Gets tax cut/excemptions or such as this.

        You mean engaging in a trade war with all your trading partners over economic concepts he doesn't quite understand like trade surpluses and trade deficits. Tanking global stock markets and then gloating that it's time to buy and his rich friends made a lot of money shorting stocks. And saying that world leaders are kissing his behind to get him to negotiate about the tariffs. Sure doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing or he's being serious about anything. He's just pandering to his base playing the tough guy.

          It's possible Trump is not being specific because he himself, a former businessman, wants to analyze the situation more closely with top tech companies in the U.S. in order to see what he can do to loosen restrictions, hence why he couldn't be more specific. If he actually was more specific, people would want him to follow through, and if he couldn't keep up with the demands, they would be pretty upset.

          I know it doesn't seem like it, but Trump is using caution with most everything he says publicly, and takes every decision made in government seriously.             No, no, it doesn't work like that. To put China tariffs and erease them billions of dollars profit, but to keep their own companies in the same country, far from sanctions, but with cheap workforce, that is not possible anymore. China is not Vietnam, Cambodian, Bangladesh... They will wipe the floor with USA.

                        These tariffs were the world's biggest dump & pump scheme done by entire leadership of current USA administration. Oh, they damn well knew what they were doing, this wasn't a random event by chance. Put absurd tariffs on everything, crash the market, buy all the good stocks cheap, suddenly decide to suspend tariffs for 90 days so they all rebound. Mega profit. We've all seen it in plain sight. Question is, who will go to jail for this. Probably no one. But they should. For a very very long time.
