Is it the same technology used in 1 inch sensor cameras and these phones? So can they use it in a digital camera as well?

The Android Freak, 14 Apr 2025Honor Magic 8 Ultra/Pro and Xiaomi 16 Pro. It seems unlikely that the Xiaomi 16 pro will get it. It's likely to be used on the Xiaomi 16 ultra

rizki1, 14 Apr 2025new sensors keep coming.. when will IMX989 come to mid range?I don't think that's possible. iQOO 14/15 should use it ideally next year.
