In the end Ai will win and humanity will looses.
If the 3rd world war emerge only one will be left surviving the said AI in some lost computers in some lost and abandoned research labs, subterran bunkers etc.
Humanity all it gets what they deserve.

It's becoming more and more difficult for the US to control the market. Honestly, the US cannot prevent that long-term, what they can do is diversify now the technology to growing economies in Southeast asia so they can avoid China confrontation. Slight risk with Vietnam, maybe Indonesia or the Philippines; but most likely the Philippines since it has big issues with China.

but the bottleneck is that the next generation of nvidia racks consumes 100kw each , so you have to have 3 nuclear reactors in connection system, nvidia has completely wrong technology

A 100 years ago? - sure, but between many generations of political decisions and globalization, no country on earth can just isolate itself without drastically changing the lifestyle of its citizens.
Imagine if the US goes "no GPUs by US companies for anyone"...and then China goes "ok, we're not exporting anything anymore" - would it matter who looses more given how both will severely cripple their people in one way or another?
China is already manufacturing their own GPUs...and they are terrible compared to AMD/Nvidia/Intel's.
The US already manufactures a lot of what they get from China...and it's ridiculously more expensive in comparison.
Trade wars only serve to hurt people - the every-day common people, nothing else.
There is a reason the world is what it is today (well, "was" I suppose).
