          See? Samsung has a poor track record when it comes to delivering on its promises for OS updates. The claim of offering seven years of updates feels more like a marketing tactic aimed at uninformed buyers rather than a commitment to actual long-term support. In reality, Samsung often falls short in providing consistent software support for its older devices. If timely and reliable updates matter to you, you're better off choosing Apple, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, or OnePlus. Personally, I’d avoid buying Samsung Galaxy phones.
