And yet i live in Maine and do not have 4.2.2 or 4.1.2 for that matter. I'm still on 4.1.1 which sucks.

AnonD-112678, 07 Sep 2013Telus and AT&T users (Evitare UL) are still waiting for... moreI am just as frustrated. Got my HTC One X+ earlier this year and to my surprise.....I'm still running 4.1.1 and after searching everywhere I find once again, the device is not getting the newest update. Instead a dumbed down version. I'm seriosuly hating AT&T right now. HTC needs to do what apple does....push to all phones and say beck with carrier branding. It's stupid.

My HTC one after 7 months gets 3 days standbys time on battery which is non-replaceable. The specs says it should get 17 days standbys. Is it best to return under warranty or is there anything to get it to meet standard spec by discharging it to nothing and recharge it. After full charge of 100% within 10 minutes non use just stand bye, it reps to 84%. Also, September 24, 2013 and still no promised update from HTC, as stated.

nikola, 27 Sep 2013Update like Samsung? Hm, where is 4.3 for galaxy s4? But... moreactually, Samsung s4, s3 and note 2 and 3 are scheduled and will be receiving android 4.3 in October. It appears HTC has lied to it's buyers again with false promises of update dates. Samsung will receive it way before HTC because htc has company issues. Read the news, jack.

Forget HTC you'll only be let down - get a Google Nexus device - half the price and it's already running 4.3

Good phone or not, without the updates it becomes an old phone. HTC is still trying to push sales by promising update 4.3 this month. It won't happen and we won't be getting sense 5.5 so we get a half ass possible update. If a company can't updpate efficiently like Samsung, won't buy those phones anymore. Quality includes updates to a brand-new $600.phone.

4.3 as OTA or RUU? Still running 4.1.2 on the my M7 because unlocked bootloaders don't receive OTA and I'm not keen on custom ROM. Would be good if HTC release 4.3 as RUU, so I can flash it myself.

Everyone on here, moaning they're still stuck on 4.1.2: check your bootloader, if it's unlocked you won't get the 4.2.2 OTA, kinda your own fault tho. Go custom or live with 4.1.2 for the time being. It's not *that* bad.

Have a look at the link I sent. I would agree with you up until very recently. The Note 2 is yet again off the list. The article points it out too.
