It's not a 'blue one', since no such model exists on the market... ;) It's just poor lighting conditions... and a picture of the silver model, to be sure... ;)

why we always compare to iphone or Samsung , every device is different , every product is different , Iphone is one device and one update and Iphone don't have to wait for provider to update their device and Iphone are simple no features in their software . when we look at Samsung features and providers we understand why HTC , Samsung or all the Android devices always late to push an update , i am happy with my HTC ONE , very stable my wife she is happy with her Samsung s4 so everyone purchase the device who suite his need , for sure Android gives a lot more option and features than Iphone but still a lot of people like Iphone. even if it is a boring software , we need to respect every choice and taste .
for update on Android , they always use a tactic of sales to promote their new devices with the latest update if not why we should upgrade to new device or just wait . if you want a fast update go for pure Google nexus devices if not let's be patient and enjoy our devices , we can always root and enjoy custom rom and this what make Android way better than the other product like Windows or Apple .this is only my personal opinion .have a nice one everyone .

Its gud news tht htc is going to update it's flagship to latest 4.3. Bt again india will be the last country to get the android 4.3 sumtime in December. I bet u.

Where are Samsung fanboys? HTC updated One to Android 4.3. Still Note 2 and Galaxy S3 are stuck for an update. HTC = Simply brilliant.

So I guess it will be delayed.
But I am sure that during Note III announcement , they mentioned Note II along with S3 and S4.
Samsung Updating S3 means they also update Note 2 for sure.

i bought HTC one just 2 week then found out camera at night time have pink and blue tint so i send back for warranty claim, now 3 week already i still haven get back my phone so the HTC after sales service is very very bad.

The Note 2 is not being updated. Yet again it is by-passed from the update list. This is obviously a marketing scan in the hope that we will purchase Note 3 and they hope it will kill the Note 2 sooner than would other be the case.

But they are bringing 4.3 , that's what I am saying.
For example , One X still runs on 4.2.x while S3 is running on 4.1.x but by the end of the october , N2 and S3 along with S4 will be running 4.3.
Right now , they are behind but after 2 months , they will be ahead of game by updating older devices along with newer ones.

After all they are still not offically announcing the HTC One Max. That is commercial suicide in my book. It has become blindingly obvious the only real reason Samsung are delaying is to avoid potenitally damaging sales of newer devices that already come with 4.2.x or later. After all the note 8.0 which comes with 4.2.2 now runs with the all the features just fine. They maneged to update that just fine.

Not just a single device.
Samsung is directly skipping to 4.3 because if they make 4.2.x , then 4.3 update would be delayed.
4.3 is essential for devices like S3 to make it compatible with smart watch.
So instead of delaying 4.3 , they skipped off 4.2.x
EDIT : Don't put your trust on HTC.
Why ? They also bought GDR2 on HTC 8X even before Nokia bought GDR2 for Lumias and see what happend :
