The bigger issue is third party launchers on Xiaomi are incapable of using gestures.

Truth defender, 14 hours agoUh, what? Literally everything else besides those you see o... moreWell the ones who dont game what they gain with the core speeds and scores ? I see it only the point for gamers who abuse the phone the most as need good graphics and good cpu to run all the game good and also run the graphics good.
But for apps that do video and so on what is this power needed ? For all that it takes probably like 10% of the power while for games its going for even 70% and then starts to heat the phone. It's like you buy a Corvetter to drive it only in the city with speed limit of 40kmh as the car at best can see speeds like 70kmh as there are some roads for that speeds. Is it worth to drive a corvette then ? To just run the power on low performance as daily driver. SD 7 gen 3 be more then enough to have it smooth and it's cpu gives enough speed for your browser to change page and load new page fast too. It will run your casual games smooth too and people dont buy them to last 10 years where the performance matters for the device to not slow down in time with wear and tear as heat and cool

Literally everything else besides those you see on screen uses CPU cores from background services like Google play, YouTube subscription notifications, or just playing music to foreground task like browsing or even playing games lol. It's literally the thing everyone uses and not everyone games.

Performance reviews were already released yesterday in China. Xiaomi instructed reviewers to release performance tests first before the full reviews after the launch on Thursday. This is a trend in China. Brands are now often getting reviewers to release hands ons, or performance tests, ot just battery tests, before the actual launch event.

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 has the S for "Super" but it's not super at all. That "super" is supposed to be better than the normal Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, but the same thing happened as with the 8 Gen 3, the 8s Gen 3 was worse than the normal 8 Gen 3. I don't see anything super about it, as if it were a Helio G100 Ultimate that has nothing to do with Ultimate :p
