Redmi Turbo 4 Pro runs Geekbench, has some specs confirmed

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 has the S for "Super" but it's not super at all. That "super" is supposed to be better than the normal Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, but the same thing happened as with the 8 Gen 3, the 8s Gen 3 was worse than the normal 8 Gen 3. I don't see anything super about it, as if it were a Helio G100 Ultimate that has nothing to do with Ultimate :p

    The only question now is how much they're going to gut the battery for the rebranded global version which will be the long awaited Poco f7 (vanilla)

It's very difficult to create all the settings you're asking for without raising the production cost significantly. Have you ever done any computer programming?

Dimensity 8350 (8300 revision) is quite enough for daily usage and gaming.

        Poco specs (SoC oriented) is not for my taste coz I don't need super ultra fast SoC but with so so camera.

            Redmi and Poco are different brands under Xiaomi as the main brand.
            All brands have different line up of phones. To make them different they have different launchers

            Probably the best launcer would be under Xiaomi that use to be MI lineup as their best as flagship phones. Redmi is the cheaper brand and the Poco is for performance so they basically stripped the launcher from features that are not needed like they are in Redmi or Xiaomi

                    Xiaomi flagship has also different launcher that is not like Redmi and Poco.

Like seriously would you do something like that when you have a company ? these skins on top of android are for reason as the only part that makes phones different in modern day that is brand specific. If all phones would be with stock android then how they make the phone unique to a brand and then be in the competition with other brands ?

                        Then it be just who can give the best specs for the lower price and that be it

                          I still dont understand these benchmark articles where it's single core and multi core.
                          Like what does that even matter on phones ? Where you need performance is only in gaming. How many people use programs on phones or is there even programs that need only the core performance without the need of graphics performance ?

                          On desktop pc i get the benchmark scores as people over clock the chips to see how much they can boost them to perform. But on phones i just dont understand it. Also the core names and so on i just dont understand when the clock speeds are very similar and the amount of cores too. Back in the day it was simple when there was single core to understand what cpu was better. Now it's so complicated and you need to be a serious geek to understand all of it

                            Xiaomi please release these phones without putting that horrible launcher (poco launcher) it's not that hard
