    Il find nowadays dedicated camera buttons on many android phone don’t have until i saw sony phones and iPhone 16 series have it. Missing to Samsung nokia after not follow up s1 zoom, and N81, sony ericson following the trend cybershot 580i had it :)

        All these folks complaining about it being boring or ugly. It's literally one of the only modern smartphones out there now that actually adheres to keeping things like a headphone jack without it being a budget device. Plus one of the only few that seems to (at least as of the previous model) not be on board with cutting into the phone screen real estate to throw their selfie camera/sensors in like practically every other brand does now since Apple made it "trendy" to have your screen have stupid cutouts for these things when there was nothing wrong with the old design of keeping things above the screen and not having my notification bar be partially blocked out because of stupid design choices. Seriously am I the only one that missed having a full screen and keeping the camera and sensors above it rather than inside of it?

        I was already looking at getting the VI because of this and many other things, but unfortunately I'd probably have to import it in. If the VII is better all around chances are i'll still have to import it in, but if it's just a slight version update and nothing world shattering then maybe I'll try to get the VI when it's cheaper in a few months.

          Don't get people complaining about the naming scheme.

                King-Miracle, 24 Apr 2025Sony was never a serious company, always recycling the 6 Gen 1.Dude, the rumour outside there are still unsure about Xperia 10 VII's choice of chipset, because the option are either 6 Gen 3 or 6 Gen 4 for 10 VII, but the certainty from that rumour, 10 VII will not launch with 6 Gen 1 again like 695 with 10 IV and 10 V. 10 VII official render probably only start popping out in May.

I mean, looking at Rolls-Royce Phantom, they had the reason why the design didn't change a lot. It's their design language where the customers appreciated a lot.

Sony Xperia leaks is the most unstable smartphone leaks currently as Sony themselves had a strict policy and guidelines on testing their phones. Most of the recent Xperia leaks only got it right 1 day before its unveil. Xperia 1 IV was rumoured to have Exmor T sensor, Xperia 1 III was rumoured to have a continuous optical zoom, Xperia 1 VI was rumoured to have QHD+ display. All false.

This is exactly the definition of an iPhone Pro, an S25 and 90% of the world's production.

                                    Please provide a display with at least QHD and software support at least 4 years.
                                    Don't want to spend >1k euro every 3 years [or less] for a phone with 1k display.

                                        Sales in Japan and Taiwan start on same day.
                                        Black , Green and Purple .

                                        Music app will be Walkman label again, also collab with Walkman team because low end devices will be ripped and replaced by xperia .
