Looks like they are saving the periscope telephoto for Ultra as one of the major differentiators from Pro (apart from Processor and main camera).

    Why still ugliest camera design on the back. Always this design don't attract me, is it the same to you?

      Extremely disappointed with the rubbish 1/4" 10MP 3x zoom lens, probably will be the reason I won't buy this. it would produce equivalent results to a 1/2.7" 50MP 2x telephoto from the CMF Phone 2 Pro which would be around half the price in some markets

        I have an edge 50 pro. The curved screen is a nightmare. Unusable without a case. Little to no customer service from Motorola Australia.

          The 3d curved sides still being there is a huge turnoff for me

            As usual for Motorola, they will launch this in Brazil with a higher price than S25+ and S24U, only uninformed people or fanboy people would buy this over Samsung Galaxy S with Snapdragon 8 series here.

              adventuresoul1, 24 Apr 2025100% sure, it will be Snapdragon 6 Gen 4.Hope it isn't because that is basically a SD 7s Gen 3 downclocked. You might as well use a SD 7s Gen 3. Nobody seems to use the standard SD 7 Gen 3 or the SD 7+ Gen 3. I think the SD 6 Gen 4 cloud be used in the G86.

                In previous generations, the Neo was the budget model and the Fusion was a more premium offering (eg. Edge 30 Fusion). That seems to have changed.

                    So another 450€ phone that's just a shitter Poco x7 pro

                      Good price just like A56 by Samsung but much better in every single aspect.
                      Still waiting for edge 60 Ultra the best out of best.
                      The Baddass uber monster T-Rex among cell phones with clean fresh lovely stock android and no useless obsolette garbage and a fat inside in for of gazzilions apps which most of them users dont use anyway.

                            One has wireless charging, the other microSD. Why is it not possible to put both of these features in one phone? Do I really need to by the cheap Stylus phone to get both?

                              That "Pro" model sure is expensive for what it has. The lack of an "Ultra" model is also very baffling, not having a competitor in the slab flagship category seems extremely weird to me.

                                - I just wish they'd use Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 instead of Dimensity 8350 / 8400 Ultra. I know that the benchmarks are more or similar, but I'd rather prefer Snapdragon's superior ISP for cameras
                                - It better be a typo with the RAM type. No way they're gonna pair UFS 4.0 with LPDDR4X. That would be ridiculous.

                                It's a welcome upgrade in performance as opposed to last year's SD 7 Gen 3, LPDDR4X and UFS2.2 It was actually quite overpriced back then.

                                Rest of the phone seems solid. Here's hoping the pricing in India would be very similar to last year's, at around ~₹30000 after bank discounts & offers, which is nearly half of the european pricing (~£600)!!

                                      While curved screen is cool it is very hard to find and apply a proper screen protector. And not that practical compared by flat screen.
