Samsung is bringing back the Classic Galaxy Watch

Rotating bezel lovers, rejoice!

I have the Watch6 Classic on my wrist and I use it almost exclusively with the rotating bezel. Fun mechanics and the added benefit that my watchface is not gonna be smudged with fingerprints.

The battery capacity is too small and the sensor is still trash. Huawei has a better sensor on their watch fit line up.

A rotating bezel is a nice feature, but honestly, I never use it, maybe because I'm used to touching the screen like I do on my phone.

Seems like Samsung has ran out of ideas for product design. Just need to come out with one this year and remove it. Then next year reinstate and remove and reuse always and always.

When will Samsung learn that the "classic" is the more popular design and that if they used it across the price-range board they'd have better results than with ugly garbage like the Ultra?

Good news but, I hope this isn't also an attempt to take people's attention away from battery size. People clued in that OS version hype doesn't equal real world performance improvements. Memory usage increased after wear 3 and memory doesn't run on sweat lol.

That said, a rotating bezel and bigger battery might be impossible if they want to keep the watches as small as possible without compromising the durability of the bezel mechanism.

Why not wait for Qualcomm and Samsung's new chipsets and drop the price on the 6 & 7 series till we get new hardware to justify the price etc.

I would prefer if they did a remake of the Galaxy Gear S.

Samsung is not necessarily "bringing back" the Classic. Samsung is making the Classic and Pro/Ultra variant a 2 year cycle upgrade.

Of course rotating bezel is a big deal. Looks very cool and fun to use. Waiting for watch 8 classic. If it brings real improvements will upgrade from my watch 6 classic.
