            Most important thing look for efficient curves from Geekerwan, if soc has good efficient curves and still overheat then it's Oem problem not soc.

            Both D9400 and 8 elite have similar curves, D9400 will have advantage at low power tasks while 8 elite will have advantage at heavy tasks.

              I was planning to buy pixel 10. But need to change my plan because Tensor G5 will be for entry level in front of these processors.

My point is snapdragon is running hot unlike d9400. My x200 pro is not getting hot when continues using camera and using SVP video player.

Even with passive cooling they can kept about 10 minutes of full performance. It's good that we don't have demanding games for phones, they would be like microwaves.
