Born in France, now in India. Now that's just a sad change, it's already clear they will produce basic phones with confusing spec sheets like every other Indian brand

Batteries were 3xAA in a casing.
Times when there was Siemens, Alcatel and Nokia, European mobile producers.

More info 😃
- V3 Ultra is I believe a rebrand of the TCL 50 (Pro?) NXTPAPER 5G, but marketed as a """"French"""" phone. Some thought it's a rebrand of the new 60 XE NXTPAPER 5G but that's a US market model.
- There's also the V3 Pro and V3 Classic, based off the TCL 60 (SE NXTPAPER?) 5G and TCL 60R 5G respectively. Maybe the Classic's name is a hint that the Pro is a NXTPAPER too?
I wonder how they're going to market the Classic with like 4GB of RAM in India...

I had an Alcatel phone back in 2002 when I lived in France. They were considered a bit rubbish compared to Nokia phones but were cheaper. Surprised to see them reborn.
