When you see a warning in a washing machine not to enter there when its washing this is normal as well. Or fast food that says our food is the best but warning it contains cemicals. So just read the warning and do whatever you want.

I don't think you quite understand what apple has been doing, still is, and how much actual trouble they're in and it's about time.
If someone wants to subscribe to Spotify, they should be allowed the choice where they can subscribe/pay for something (Spotify/their website/ Google pay/play store/apple pay/store etc). You can't then go "well if you don't use our store/payment method then we won't help and it's dangerous, WARNING WARNING WARNING" how is using Spotify itself more dangerous than using the apple store, if you get money stolen you're protected, BY LAWS. The whole reason epic games took them to court... AND WON.

Considering the legalities Apple had went through, I don't blame their lawyers at all for such warning signs. This is irregardless of what your and my feelings about it.
