64bit has nothing to do with ram size. 64 bit Cpus have existed since the 70s!! The maximum amount of ram available back then was probably closer to 1 megabyte!

You can use a 64bit OS with whatever amount of ram you like.
You cannot use take advantage of approx 4GB of ram when on 32 bits OS

First you need a 64 bit processor, then you need a 64 bit capable OS.
Then you need to write your apps to take advantage of the 64 bit instruction set.
Apple has done all of this. It's not just about reading more than 4GB of Ram.

whatever guys! iPhone is te worlds best one handed phone. You realy don't need 6 fingers or more to use it.
C'mon, we all love what we have, why the hype about what's best??
I myself, change phones once a year, from whatever suits my needs. Fight and argue all you want, but forcing opinions onto others is just a statement of the type of person you realy are.
The truth is, in my opinion, is that none of the comparing companies has anything innovating to bring to the table anymore. In the end, it's about the sales and profit margins that makes the diffrence for them.

Do you remember Air Drop in Apple, which is copy of Wi-Fi direct which was available in Android years ago. Dude this is technology market and competition is tough.

If you know what that is, you know that the Samsung Galaxy S4 actually have a 'Super Retina Display' witch is way better than the iPhone 5C's and 5S's 'Retina Display'.
The word 'Retina Display' is only an expression of a screen that have over 300 PPI on the screen. Also that the eyes can't see the pixels on the screen.
Samsung Galaxy S4 have a 1080p 5 inch Super AMOLED screen with a whooping 441 PPI that makes the 4 inch screen with 326 PPI's on the iPhone 5C and 5S with it's 640 x 1136 in screen resolution (witch is not even 720p) to look like a bad joke.
