Even if most people I know that own Droid phones use the same battery for, yes, 2-3 years...
So, it's not being "sensible" buying a new phone every year, paying more than it's worth... It's a) now knowing where to spend your money; b) buying a phone for status; c) all of the above...

I went to a AT&T retailers this morning was first in line and was told all they had was grey, gold and silver were 3-5 days shipping. I went to the biggest at t store in my area and was told all they had were 5 16gb and majority was 32, I got a 32 and im glad I waited the 5 hours

Most people are gonna sign a 2 yea... moreNo way is that true in UK they can charge the same as other phones on contract but what they do is actually make you pay upfront as well..Lets say Samsung S4 is free for 35GBP on 24 month contract,you can get iphone for the same 35GBP contract but have to pay 240GBP upfront.In fact the iphone is the only phone in NORMAL price contracts that often has to have you pay extra upfront.O2 in UK was first stupid operator to stock iphone 1 as an exclusive but this year its not even stocking it and only selling it online now hows that for turn around.
Have you seen how greedy apple are getting even more greedy by the article on gsmarena blog about BLOCKING third party cables in ios7 ,,so you then have to buy apple multi mega inflated priced cable..If they had used USB like every other smartfone on this planet complied too we wsould be ok..Apple got round this by SELLING us a USB adaptor..This company would steal the glass eye off a blind man.

This might be a nice unit, yeah, truth is, there are some really terrific, highly attractive phones out there with genuinely better specs and battery life. As for this hype and hysteria. In the big scheme of things, it’s a little bit sad really. Just sayin

The real reason people dislike iPhone is simply because its too restrictive, and doesn't have much innovation since iPhone 4. Its lacking the 'wow' factor since then too. I used to have 3GS, in case you're wondering. But after that I switched to Android, and never ever looked back since. Based on true story

Ok I'd just like to peak in my head and say that the Asus PadFone infinity 2 is rumoured to launch at a cost of 880$ (phone and pad aswell). Seems like an even greater deal now.
