IOS 7 is an overstatement. Trying on Andriod and Blackberry OS 10 are much superior platforms and the smaller display is no help either.
The changes are cosmetics and mere eye wash at most. I dont feel like I have had a major upgrade from iphone 4s to 5s. Some basic features are missing and the iOS feels a closed platform compared to Android, which I must say is a treat on Xperia Z and S4.
Apple has lost its innovation edge and iphone feels a complete drag

Why would they do such a move if they really isnt selling super well?
You have hated apple for years, just admit that you desperately try to find excuse why they still doesnt do well even they are doing better than ever :) its not easy to be iHater ;)

ios 7 lags same as android on the iphone5 and the ipad 4 cellular and even on the wifi one so as i use both android apple and windows i preffer android 4.2 s4 and lumia 1020 for people better than apple ios7 devices just use and see the differance

Apple cannot purposefully inflate their numbers because they risk regulatory penalties. They also risk losing the trust of their shareholders, which is extremely important. Companies aren't required to publicly disclose how many devices they sold. They could just say something like "Sales were robust" or "in line with expectations" (a la Microsoft and their surface). The fact that Apple actually released their initial numbers speaks volumes. Apple, and every other company out there, does not publicly release extremely detailed information for the exact reason you want it. That is valuable information that competitors can use to find out more about their strategy or sales. Eg: where they shipped most initially, which carriers are their strongest and weakest.

In kuwait iphone 5c cost 190 k.d = $600 u.s.d, no contract
How cold it be cheap, it cost hell of money. I would rather spend this amount of money on note 3, at least it looks good and big screen.
