Hy there! I'm from Romania, Eastern Europe and my phone is on Cosmote Romania but i got this phone from a friend who bought it from France. I don't know in what network was there, but it's unlocked version and when i got it it had 4.1.2 and i upgraded to 4.2.2(he never did it when it appeared).Afterwards another small upgrade was available but just a small few megs, more like a patch. So the software is french related. Is the upgrade dependent of the country of provenience (France) or is related to my Cosmote Romania network ?

HapzZ, 30 Sep 2013not in mumbai yet !!!! if anyone got update in mumbai...replyIt isn't state specific, it is country specific. there wont be any update for Mumbai alone. The update would be for India.

My phone got the update. If your phone is international version it should receive the update by now...

• the Gallery app shows local photos, instead of an animating screen with photos from facebook etc. "Friends" added to "Albums" "Events" and "Locations"
• new highlight video themes, Can use one's own music.
• lock screen widget
• Zoe pics are now treated as one single video file,
• slide-up on Home key for Google Now, long-press for menu.
• Blinkfeed seems to show more contents from calendar, TV app. Support for instagram.
• unlock screen (I use pattern) has haptic feedback
