It's great to see they actually do put the phones to tests. But is it one test per phone? And its a real shame the software is not tested so rigourisly as it would dtop all the faults with the handests!! Software repairs on a Nokia are big issues.

This might look very convincing to people but its when the phones are bought you get software problems an functions not working right, alot people do not realise with Nokia you get a 12 month warranty an when there phones go faulty instead of contacting Nokia about the trouble they just put there phones up for sale or in left in a cupboard,Nokias got to start showing this on there boxes or a leaflet inside the box,as alot of people do not read the manuals they get with there phones stating this to the buyer,i see loads on Ebay just selling there phones as faulty instead of getting it repaired free by Nokia

nokia must be wasting time with all these hardware testing. But hello Nokia, can u pls solve the software issues!! I had to sell my N96 due to f-cking unstability. I dunno whether they already solve with new firmware by now. But as I bought it right after it was released, I really had bad experience with that N96.

try giving the phones to real people. By all means put the phones through the machine testing process....but allowing people to keep the handset in their handbag with their keys and loose change, dropping the handset on the concrete outside the pub, getting drunk and dropping said handset in the toilet....letting it sit on the windowsill over the duration of a really hot day....its scenarios like this that would allow nokia to get a better view of phone usage....

what is the use for having heavy duty hardware when the software is crapy.
this is a act of winning consumer's heart over the appearance.
i still think the heart of a phone is still much more important.
