This phone is insanely big, even bigger than Note3...Note 3 is the limit.
But at last they finally learn and add a memory card and a removable battery.
Too late, HTC is dead already (since HTC hit a high in 2011, the company's market value has dropped an incredible 90%)

There have been many times when switching off just did NOT work removing the battery ta dah.

It must be no coincidence that the Windows 8 article and Microsoft offering no license, again HTC 8X same set up NO microSD no back cover, wow!
Both Android and W8 are alternative to IOS NOT a copy
Apple are big enough to say take it or leave it HTC not. Dual front speakers gimmick when many except the RUDE listen to music privately

the cloud is not the answer to all things. A micro sd card is not an option its a must.
so dear htc, carry this over to your other phones and you mihht see market share improved.

Ultrapixel is a marketing term. The camera is still 4MP which refers to the number of photo receptors. The term Ultra simply means that the size of the cells are larger than the average phone allowing for more light to be recorded. Meaning better low light performance.
It's the same idea as using a 12MP DSLR for astrophotography rather than the new hotness 20-30+MP sensors.
